We believe that some of the most important forces for competition then, now, and in the future is the ability to be creative and to understand the market needs. To achieve this we have to be able to see our own industry from different perspectives, question accustomed patterns and receive inspiration from disciplines completely different from our own.
To create an environment that helps us with this, we reflect the IT-industry’s perspective with the culture’s. The multifaceted culture perspective strongly contributes to us questioning our behavioral patterns and routine based, accustomed to opinions about markets, clients and ourselves as industry, company and leaders. This is why we mirror the IT world against the cultural world.
